    Low levels of homocysteine can lead us to stroke and other heart disease? Scary! Glad to know that we can counter it by regulating our folate levels which is now easier when you take these supplements. Maybe this is also one of the reasons why I’m usually depressed, because I lack vitamin b. Better order one now I guess.
