Our Fulfillment Process

We do our best to get your supplements to you as soon as possible. If you place your order before 12 pm PST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) it will typically ship out the same day. But if you place your order after 12 pm PST or on a weekend or holiday, it will not ship out until the afternoon of the next business day.

Be aware that since we cannot control the shipping industry, peak times or holiday seasons, bad weather storms, etc. might delay a package from getting to you within the listed timeframe. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delivery delays resulting from these types of issues. 

Please Note

Methyl-Life® cannot be held responsible for products sent to the wrong address if it was the address you provided. Please carefully confirm your shipping address before you place your order. This includes an old address you have not updated that has become a default in a payment system, like PayPal. Triple check the shipping address on your account is the current address where you wish to receive the product order.

International Orders and Shipping Policy

We have recently encountered considerable challenges & costs shipping our products internationally. These issues have led us to make the difficult decision to pause our international shipping service. While we are actively working towards implementing an improved option for international orders, we do not have a supported solution at this time.

We have learned that many of our international customers have found success by utilizing a USA-based forwarding service. Methyl-Life® cannot currently recommend any specific company's service or the quality of success it will provide; however, some customers have had success using myus.com (NOTE: this is simply an example of a forwarding service, NOT a recommendation by Methyl-Life® to use this particular company).

The general process for utilizing a forwarding service to place an order with Methyl-Life® if you choose to take on the risk:

 

  • Ensure you understand your country’s laws regarding what supplements/products your country will &/or will not allow through their international borders to be cleared & received by you
  • Set up an account with the forwarding service company & establish a USA-based forwarding address that you can then use as the “USA shipping address” when going through the Methyl-Life® checkout process as you order a product(s)
  • Order the desired product(s) from Methyl-Life® & provide your newly acquired “USA-based address” for shipment – go through the purchase/checkout process on the Methyl-Life® website
  • Methyl-Life® will ship your ordered product to the USA-based address you provided upon checkout (the address your forwarding service gave you)
  • Track your product’s order from Methyl-Life® to the forwarding service address you provided for your order
  • Once the order has safely arrived to the USA-based shipping address you provided (the forwarding address), Methyl-Life® has completed its responsibility and considers your products’ order to have “arrived” to you
  • Your forwarding service will be responsible to do all of the rest of the work to get that order to you. And Methyl-Life® is unable to accept responsibility for any packages lost or stolen after they have successfully reached the forwarding service's address. Please reach out to your forwarding service for details on delivery once the order has reached the address they gave you at their facility.

The claims related to the website, the services offered by the site or content shall be controlled by the internal laws of the United States.

All the Terms and Conditions mentioned above are as per the agreement between us. You may be subject to extra terms and conditions that may apply in case you use our affiliate services, third-party content, or software. Our failure to enforce any provision of the terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.
