The spore is a very smart organism because it can change forms as it needs to, depending upon the environment surrounding it. This includes hiding or hibernating under a super-hard shell allowing it to survive in poor conditions, but also turn back into a live strain once it’s reached the delivery point, when it’s safe again to come out to do the good gut health work.

You can put this on food or directly into your mouth, there’s no bad taste with this product. And you don’t need to refrigerate it.
You will likely experience some die off of the bad gut invaders, so symptoms could be excess gas, bloating, diarrhea, cramping, constipation, among other things. Talk to your doctor if you have concerns about side effects. These will typically go away over time as the probiotic balances out your gut.
Because RestorFlora™ works so well, you may want to start out with ½ a capsule and increase over time.
If you have a lot of gut issues or are sensitive to vitamins or medications, we suggest starting with a lower dose:
- ½ capsule every day or every other day for a week
- then increase to 1 capsule every day or every other day for another week
- then 1 capsule every day
If you are not very sensitive or reactive to things, you could probably start with a capsule every day or every other day for a week and then increase your dosage at a faster rate than the above suggestion if you seem to do fine with it.
At the end of the day, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! You may need to go slower than the above or wish to take more than 1 capsule a day based on a healthcare practitioner's recommendations (especially during or after a round of antibiotics). We're all different and listening closely to how your body responds will give you the best outcomes long term.

It is also important to speak with your healthcare professional before purchasing. Methyl-Life® prefers not to accept returns for large orders. If you return three unopened bottles from a 4-pack purchase, you will receive a full refund minus the cost of one bottle charged at full price.
Within 45 days of your order, you can return any unopened item shipped to you by Methyl-Life® (as long as all seals are intact). Just let us know you plan to return the product by emailing us at: [email protected] or using the Contact Us form (please include the tracking information so we can be on the lookout for the package).
It will be your responsibility and cost to ensure the return parcel gets to Methyl-Life® (ship to: P.O. Box 33606, Seattle, WA 98133). We suggest you get a tracking number and consider insuring the package. After we receive your returned item, we will process your full refund within 10 business days and send you an email indicating your refund has been complete. Be aware that depending upon your institution, this may not be reflected in your account status for a few days.

Please do not throw any items away unless or until you are directed to do so.
