Starting taking this supplement as Jamie suggested...low and slow. Today is day 6 and I am up to 2 whole pills...one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. I finally feel like I am on the mend. Energy is better...mood is too. I will continue to monitor and adjust as needed. Thank you!

I would like this a whole lot more if the unnecessary additives like xylitol weren't in it. I don't need a pill that's in my mouth for such a small period of time to be sweet. It's unnecessary and from what I've read of the gut microbiome, it can be interacting to cause harm...even at such a small amt. It's just simply not necessary.

Methyl-Life® 5 Methylfolate 5 mg – Clinically-Backed Support for Cognitive Health, Methylation & Mood Balance

Methyl-Life® 5 Methylfolate 5 mg delivers a moderate-strength dose of bioactive folate — also known as 5-MTHF or L-Methylfolate — the most absorbable form of folate for the body. Specially formulated for individuals with MTHFR gene variants, this supplement supports healthy methylation, cardiovascular function, brain health, and neurotransmitter production without relying on the body's ability to convert synthetic folic acid.

If you struggle with folate absorption, mental fatigue, mood imbalances, or elevated homocysteine levels, this supplement may help you experience the benefits of folate faster and more efficiently.

Understanding the MTHFR Mutation and Folate Deficiency

Many people dealing with fatigue, brain fog, or mood imbalances don’t realize a genetic mutation could be interfering with how their body processes folate. The MTHFR gene plays a crucial role in converting folic acid into L-Methylfolate, the active form the body actually uses.

When MTHFR is mutated, this conversion becomes impaired.
