My GP recommended that I take this supplement about 10 years ago. I'm not sure how much effect it has had on my heath but my yearly blood work has always returned stellar results. The chewable tablets taste great and are easy to digest.

Can't tell energy affects yet but my kids all have the mthfr c677t homozygous mutation, lyme disease, Morgellons disease, and 2 of my 3 kids also have Bartonella. Top it off-- we have mold in our home and can't do construction for several months to remove mold.
