Please check the following

2. Double check the credit card number you entered, making sure you entered the correct credit card number. 

3. Make sure you entered the correct name. You should enter the name exactly as it appears on the credit card. 

4. Make sure you entered the correct security code. 


If you have correctly entered the above information, but your payment still does not go through, please call your credit card company to make sure your card is active and has the correct balance for the purchase. 


TIP: Sometimes due to technical issues a payment may not go through, waiting 5 to 10 minutes and trying again can solve this issue most of the time.

Majority of the customers who have issues making a payment through PayPal usually have a suspended/blocked account without their knowledge. Best thing to do is contact PayPal to confirm your account is working properly.
