So far so good. I have only been taking the vitamin for about 1.5 weeks and have already noticed increased energy and concentration ability. I like the chewable tabs and they have a great taste.

My GP recommended that I take this supplement about 10 years ago. I'm not sure how much effect it has had on my heath but my yearly blood work has always returned stellar results. The chewable tablets taste great and are easy to digest.
