I like the chewable multivitamin. It's easier to swallow.

I love the vitamin. I even enjoyed the old flavor. The new flavor is nasty and tastes like chemicals. Please switch back to the old flavor.

I was dealing with chronic fatigue for years. Within a week of starting this product I noticed a moderate to significant increase in energy and focus. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

The only reason I did not give a five star review is because of the Xylitol content. I, like many customers, have a beloved canine member of my family. I would hope that in the future this company considers replacing this extremely toxic and dangerous compound to a different alternative sweetener (stevia, monk fruit extract, erythritol, etc.).

I love your vitamins, my whole family take them . We have beentaking them for quite a while.
You changed somethingrecently though, I've noticed a difference in taste. What did you do? I don't care for the flavor as much. It's colorable but definitely noticeable that you did something different to it.

Methyl-Life® 5 Methylfolate 5 mg – Clinically-Backed Support for Cognitive Health, Methylation & Mood Balance

Methyl-Life® 5 Methylfolate 5 mg delivers a moderate-strength dose of bioactive folate — also known as 5-MTHF or L-Methylfolate — the most absorbable form of folate for the body. Specially formulated for individuals with MTHFR gene variants, this supplement supports healthy methylation, cardiovascular function, brain health, and neurotransmitter production without relying on the body's ability to convert synthetic folic acid.

If you struggle with folate absorption, mental fatigue, mood imbalances, or elevated homocysteine levels, this supplement may help you experience the benefits of folate faster and more efficiently.

Understanding the MTHFR Mutation and Folate Deficiency

Many people dealing with fatigue, brain fog, or mood imbalances don’t realize a genetic mutation could be interfering with how their body processes folate. The MTHFR gene plays a crucial role in converting folic acid into L-Methylfolate, the active form the body actually uses.

When MTHFR is mutated, this conversion becomes impaired.
